I’m a Senior Digital Accessibility Specialist and Accessibility Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience helping teams build more accessible and inclusive digital products.

My background combines accessibility, UX, front-end development, design, and software testing, which allows me to work across the full product lifecycle. I specialize in WCAG 2.1/2.2, EN 301 549, Section 508, and the European Accessibility Act (EAA), with hands-on experience in both manual and automated accessibility testing.

In my recent roles, I’ve worked closely with product managers, designers, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to identify accessibility barriers, define remediation strategies, improve accessibility processes, and embed accessibility into product development rather than treating it as a final testing step. I’ve also worked with design systems and component libraries, helping teams build accessibility into reusable UI patterns from the start.

I have extensive experience with assistive technologies and accessibility testing, including JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack, as well as keyboard-only testing, screen reader testing, semantic HTML, ARIA, focus management, forms, navigation, and other WCAG requirements.

I’m particularly interested in accessibility leadership, consulting, accessibility strategy, design systems, inclusive product development, and helping organizations turn accessibility requirements into practical improvements that teams can actually implement.

I’m currently looking for senior or lead-level opportunities where I can combine my accessibility expertise with my broader product, technical, and design background, ideally working remotely with international teams.
