At Made4IT, I support on-premises infrastructure for ISP clients, focusing on automation, deployment, and configuration management. I develop Ansible scripts and workflows and maintain monitoring solutions including Zabbix and Grafana.
I manage high-availability and redundancy setups using Proxmox and Kubernetes, and support deployments, migrations, and infrastructure upgrades. I also help implement monitoring, incident response, and maintenance processes.
At Tellegroup, I led technology infrastructure, telecom, and network projects. I managed VoIP deployments with Asterisk and Elastix and oversaw virtualization projects with VMware, as well as network environments using Cisco and MikroTik.
At IntechCRM, I planned and maintained IT infrastructure and handled information-system security, including policies, audits, and incident response. I also led the software development team; earlier, at Grupo Renac, I managed the ERP system and supported financial presentations.
