At the Brazilian Ministry of Health — PAHO / World Health Organization (WHO), I develop policy advice, briefings and recommendations for public health programs across LMIC settings. I work with senior policy stakeholders, including ministers of health and PAHO/WHO leaders, to negotiate agreements and build partnerships.
I manage annual program budgets of approximately €5 million and co-developed digital health information systems and analytical frameworks. At Centro Universitário de Brasília (CEUB), I directed planning for applied public health research projects and served on the Applied Research Ethics Committee.
