At Mercado Seller, I manage the full SDLC for ControlEx, moving local development to a mirrored Google Cloud Platform environment with a Python backend. I also developed a self-hosted Gemma 4 conversational BI assistant that lets managers query operational data in natural language.
I implemented FinOps scripts that right-sized Google Workspace licenses and removed inactive accounts, saving R$ 20,000 per year. My work also includes automating sales and inventory data flows and supporting an ecosystem integrated with the Mercado Livre API. I’ve also worked in customer support and reporting at Pipa Studios, and built data lake and marketplace automation projects.
