At Forvia Hella, I spent three years on Volkswagen safety-critical projects and one year on SAIC OEM projects as a Software Test Engineer.
On the Volkswagen Automotive Radar Sensor ECU, I led Software Integration Testing and participated in software testing and system integration testing across the V-model lifecycle for ISO 26262 (ASIL-B) radar software functions.
I flashed radar target firmware on sensor hardware and over CAN using UDS, then executed Functional Safety test suites on HiL and SiL benches with Vector CANoe and WinIDEA. I also assessed CPU load, memory consumption, and stack usage on multicore embedded architectures.
I worked with developer teams to capture trace logs and isolate defect root causes. I maintained requirements-to-test traceability in IBM DOORS and PTC Integrity, and represented test deliverables in ASPICE Level 2 third-party QA assessments.
