At Cendyn, I work on NextGuest hotel guest management software, maintaining features for reservations, guest profiles, membership cards, reports, and promotional campaigns. I use VB.Net, Visual Studio, C#, and SQL Server to implement software updates across client environments.
I developed and deployed a monitoring application that tracks real-time performance metrics across 30+ production servers and sends automated warnings and error notifications. I also independently sustain the operational lifecycle of 20+ production applications as the department’s sole developer.
At Crossborder Capital, I developed C# back-end web services for Fundpulse, an investment portfolio management platform. My work included SQL development, market data integrations with Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters, and message queue processing with Rabbit and EasyNetQ.
At Assist Ltd, I programmed Powerstreet software for distribution operations, including Windows CE applications for field sales teams to access inventory and process client orders. I also implemented and adapted the PHP and MySQL-based Support Incident Tracker (SiT!) for support incidents, contract management, and SLA monitoring.
