I'm leading the BohoCommunity Cooperative Four-Storey Hotel project at CYJE Construction Corp., overseeing execution from planning through construction. I prepare schedules, procurement plans, and cost estimates while coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
I've also supported the Zamboanga Public Market Drainage Project with quantity take-offs, cost estimates, AutoCAD design development, procurement documents, site inspections, and stakeholder coordination. As a Registered Civil Engineer and COSH Safety Officer 2, I focus on quality, safety, schedule, budget compliance, and practical site execution.
