In the Programa Mediação de Conflitos, part of the Política Estadual de Prevenção Social à Criminalidade (MG), I supported individual and collective services to develop community strategies for conflict mediation, mitigate the effects of violence, and promote access to rights.
I worked with government institutions, security forces, and civil society, and helped plan and carry out projects with institutional partners. I also analyzed risk and safety factors and prepared periodic monitoring and accountability reports.
At the Revista Brasileira de Segurança Pública, I managed the editorial workflow for a national academic publication, following deadlines and coordinating communications with the interdisciplinary editorial team and other stakeholders. I also monitored calls for submissions and prepared reports on activities, resources, and results.
My work and studies have included social-policy monitoring and evaluation, qualitative data processing, research, and teaching Sociology and current affairs. I hold a degree in Social Sciences from UFMG and have used Excel, SPSS, RStudio, and Power BI.
