What I'm looking for

I want to work as an LMFT where I can deliver CBT-informed individual and group therapy, conduct assessments, and support clients toward wellness, autonomy, and homeostasis—while collaborating within a team that values structure, accountability, and growth.

I’m an LMFT (with LMFT Supervisor in Training) and a Ph.D. Psychology Clinical Psychology student, focused on helping clients build insight and stability through evidence-based, compassionate care. I currently provide individual and group therapy and lead clinical work across addiction and wellness-focused treatment.

In my roles at LCAS/Beaty Recovery Services, Be Well Therapy, and Mindful Therapy Group, I provide psychoeducation on addiction and related topics and use CBT to help clients connect thought and behavior. I conduct assessments, facilitate group sessions, and support individuals, families, and couples as they work toward wellness, autonomy, and homeostasis.

I also bring a strong crisis and frontline background from Daymark SFBH, where I served as an LMFT, BHT, Crisis Worker, and continued to deliver psychoeducation and CBT-informed interventions while conducting groups and assessments. Across settings, I consistently perform “Twelve Core Functions,” ensuring client needs are understood, documented, and addressed.

Before clinical work, I built skills in trust, communication, and structured support as a University Counselor at Grand Canyon University—helping students through enrollment, building rapport, and guiding them toward appropriate programs while tracking records, schedules, and pipelines. I’ve carried that same relationship-centered approach into every setting, and I’m energized by work that combines clinical rigor, practical guidance, and genuine care for outcomes.
