What I'm looking for

I seek a fully remote PMHNP role delivering evidence-based psychiatric care across states, with opportunities for clinical leadership, teaching, and continuity of patient-focused treatment.

I am a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with five years of PMHNP experience and over 25 years of nursing practice across acute care, emergency, burn, substance-use recovery, and community health settings. I develop DSM-5–based diagnoses, create and monitor psychopharmacologic and psychotherapy treatment plans, precept PMHNP students, and manage complex and acute psychiatric presentations with careful medication management.

I have led individual and group psychotherapy for substance-use populations, provided crisis management for psychosis and EPS, and served in leadership and practice-management roles as a nurse manager. I am licensed in Tennessee and willing to obtain licensure in other states to deliver fully remote mental health services across multiple states.
