At Lifestance Health, I provide virtual psychotherapy for a variety of mental health clients through a holistic philosophy, combining EMDR, clinical hypnotherapy, somatic processing, Gestalt therapy, and neuro-reprocessing tools such as the Safe and Sound Protocol.
I've also supported clients through PTSD and C-PTSD treatment, movement therapy including QiGong and Hatha Yoga, medical hypnosis for surgical preparation and healing, and advocacy for people and families affected by chronic illness.
