I’m a farm supervisor with hands-on experience overseeing daily agricultural operations, from planting and harvesting to ongoing crop and equipment maintenance. I focus on building a positive, productive work environment while keeping operations running efficiently and safely.
In my roles as Supervisor and Field Officer, I monitored and maintained crop and animal quality and health, managed farm equipment and facilities, and handled key operational tasks like recordkeeping, budgeting, and compliance with local guidelines. I developed and implemented farm policies and procedures and ensured effective communication across teams and external parties.
I also bring a research and learning mindset from my summer internship at the National Institute of Mining and Geosciences (NIMGS), where I supported multi-department tasks, attended meetings, and helped collect and record materials for required analysis and safety keeping. I’m looking for a challenging position that leverages my years of experience and gives me room to grow professionally.
