Lonell Saboco
@lonellsaboco1
Data Analyst turning complex educational datasets into actionable interventions using Python, statistics, and interactive dashboards.
What I'm looking for
I’m a data analyst with a quantitative focus in Data Analytics, grounded in advanced Physics degrees and experience in statistical analysis, programming, and data modeling. I turn raw assessment and research datasets into targeted academic interventions that improve learner outcomes—especially in challenging STEM concepts.
As a Data Analyst (Assessment) with the Department of Education (2020–Current), I use Python and digital assessment tools to analyze student performance metrics, identify cohort weaknesses, and produce insights educators can act on. I also spearhead the integration of web-based technology and data reporting workflows to support remote-ready, benchmark-aligned educational delivery.
Earlier, I served as a Physics Instructor and Researcher (2013–2015; continuing research activity), where I analyzed academic records, built statistical baselines, and designed data-driven learning plans. I’ve also supported co-teachers as a Technical Consultant and Volunteer Analyst (2017–Current), providing mentorship and in-service training, and I’ve developed custom educational software and published peer-reviewed research through rigorous analytics and interactive tools.
