For my HR Workforce Analytics Dashboard project, I analyzed employee data, identified a 17.6% attrition rate, and compared attrited and retained employees across ratings, leave, and overtime. I also created dashboards covering headcount, hiring trends, pay bands, gender pay, and manager-wise team performance.
On my Instamart retail sales project, I analyzed transactions and built a KPI sheet and executive dashboard for sales, profit, margin, and average order value. My background as a Business Development Associate at PlanetSpark also included helping parents and students find suitable learning programs.
