I’m a Functional Data Governance and MDM professional with 11+ years of experience across FMCG and IT services, where I deliver end-to-end governance solutions—from requirements gathering and workflow design through UAT, SOPs, and training. At Mondelez, I owned multiple delivery streams (DCF, SAP MDG, QuickBase CDM Portal, and PEGA), rolling them out across 150+ stakeholders in 6+ APAC countries.

Today, I’m leading data governance readiness for 12+ APAC markets on an S/4 HANA transformation at Genpact. I drive AS-IS/TO-BE documentation, fit-gap analysis, stakeholder management up to SLT level, and I translate data quality problems into structured, adoptable solutions—supported by clear acceptance criteria, rule guides, and governance tooling.

I’ve also built practical enablement that teams actually use, including no-code QuickBase portal delivery and an AI chatbot in Microsoft Teams that helps OpCo teams interpret 320+ Ataccama/DMW data quality rules. Across my roles, I reduce UAT cycle time, improve master data accuracy, and stabilize delivery by running governance KPI cadences, tracking defects in Jira, and resolving root causes through repeatable workflows.
