Logan Nieder

I’m a Controls Technician focused on delivering reliable building performance through HVAC controls and building automation systems. I bring four years of hands-on experience installing, programming, commissioning, and servicing BAS for commercial and industrial environments, with a strong foundation in field operations and system integration.

In my last role, I managed BAS operations end-to-end: troubleshooting controllers and comm/network issues, optimizing for energy efficiency and occupant comfort, and supporting CCT and Niagara Framework integrations and front-end graphics. I configure and modify control logic, graphics, schedules, alarms, trends, and point databases, and I assist with unit start-ups and testing/commissioning for AHUs/RTUs, VAV systems, boilers, chillers, and exhaust fans.

I also bring customer-facing discipline—working with mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and sequence of operations documentation, and communicating clearly with customers, contractors, and project teams. I’ve completed Basic and Advanced CCT training from JCI and hold Niagara N4 Basic and Advanced certifications, and I’m proud to be dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
