I am seeking a role where I can apply my administrative and operations experience, contribute to efficient office or retail management, work collaboratively, and grow into increased responsibility while supporting a professional, service‑oriented team.

I am an outcome-oriented, reliable administrative professional with strong organisational and time-management skills developed through years of hands-on administrative and small-business management experience.

As a Personal Assistant at VIVCO (2017–2024), I provided comprehensive administrative and confidential support, managing schedules, correspondence and documentation while applying sound judgment under pressure.

As Owner & Manager of Rick’s Karoo Winkel (2019–2024), I managed daily operations including staff supervision, stock control, customer service, cash handling and basic bookkeeping, demonstrating leadership and operational oversight.
