Previously, I directed release cycles for Collections applications and supported functional and regression testing, validating system changes against business requirements. As a Collections Systems Analyst, I mapped workflows, documented processes, supported UAT, and identified functional gaps.
I began testing enterprise web and mobile applications at Home Credit Philippines, then tested e-commerce and hospital management systems at Accenture Philippines. My work has included test planning, defect documentation, and verifying fixes to support stable, accurate releases.
