I've led production support testing for the Ohio Deferred Compensation Team at DXC Technology/Hewlett Packard Enterprise, creating and executing test cases, managing defects, and coordinating integration testing before releases.

I work closely with developers and clients to turn requirements into reliable software. In Agile and Scrum environments, I've supported three-week release cycles, sprint planning, and usability testing across Windows, Android, and iOS.

Previously, I led a Grupo Bimbo database-platform integration across Mexico, Central America, and South America, including electronic invoicing for Peru. I also introduced implementation practices, trained clients and internal teams, and helped modernize the sales system.

Earlier, I developed custom .NET MVC solutions for a government DMV. My work has included reducing government application development costs by 40% through workflow optimization while maintaining on-time delivery through scope changes.
