At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I processed and adjudicated high-volume medical, dental, vision, and other claims. I validated claims against policy guidelines and investigated discrepancies with cross-functional teams.

For a Healthcare Claims Management System, I designed and executed manual tests across enrollment, eligibility, claims processing, and adjudication. I maintained requirement-to-test-case coverage and tracked defects through resolution and retesting.

On my E-Commerce Web Application project, I built a hybrid automation framework with Java, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG. I automated functional and regression tests for login, product search, cart, and checkout.

I also used Selenium waits and advanced locators to handle dynamic web interactions, and tested compatibility across Chrome and Edge. I’m seeking an entry-level Software Test Engineer role where I can apply my testing and automation knowledge.
