I compiled and analysed financial information, prepared general ledger entries, and performed monthly bank reconciliations, identifying discrepancies and preparing summaries.
For year-end work, I handled VAT, PAYE, and CIS reconciliations, corporation tax, and accruals. I also processed self-assessment tax returns and prepared financial reports using TaxCalc.
I completed basic reviews of files processed by processors and supported routine client communication. My academic project examined the impact of UPI on customer satisfaction.
