Lisa Rice

I currently support foster carers, children and young people at North East Lincolnshire Council, contributing to safeguarding assessments, risk planning, Section 47 activity and placement decisions. My work brings together child-centred practice, professional judgement and collaboration with psychologists, police, health, education and mental-health services.

With degrees in Psychology and Social Work, I bring experience across fostering, child protection, exploitation, trauma and complex case management. I’m developing my knowledge of responsible AI and online child protection to help evaluate, improve and govern AI systems affecting children and young people.
