Before that, as a Cashier, I built reliable customer communication and people management skills—handling transactions accurately while staying professional under pressure. The experience strengthened my problem-solving and organizational habits.

I use practical tools like Google Workspace, Canva, CapCut, InShot, and WhatsApp Business to support day-to-day operations and content needs. I’m intentional about helping brands maintain a professional, relatable online presence that feels consistent to their audience.
