Linner Ngeno
@linnerngeno
Operations Manager at UN Women Kenya who coordinated the 2023 external audit and helped launch Kenya’s CBO Hub.
What I'm looking for
At UN Women Kenya, I coordinate operations across finance, human resources, procurement, logistics, ICT and security, and advise the Representative on operational issues. I coordinated the 2023 external audit and oversee financial reporting, partner liquidations and audit follow-up.
When UN Women rolled out its Oracle-based Quantum ERP system in 2023, I coordinated an internal controls review, arranged system access rights and supported staff through training and troubleshooting. I also oversaw data clean-up so the office could close the year with quality data and reliable reporting.
In UN inter-agency work, I chaired the Budget and Finance working group in 2023 after serving as vice-chair in 2022. The group reviewed and endorsed more than 20 Common Backoffice service lines, culminating in the launch of the Kenya CBO Hub in 2024. Earlier, at Oxfam GB, I worked on regional budgeting, donor reporting, audit and fraud-prevention assignments.
