Lindsey Booysen

I’m a dedicated phlebotomy professional who ensures patients are correctly identified and educated about procedures, while delivering reliable specimen collection across venous, arterial, and non-blood samples. I use point of care/rapid kits, maintain accurate information recording, and follow correct waste disposal methods with strong attention to infection control standards.

With experience across laboratory and clinical settings—including night shift work and a manageress role managing a laboratory depot and its staff—I also support doctors and pathologists with procedures. I’m committed to excellent TATs, stock monitoring and housekeeping, basic blood gas machine maintenance, and keeping up to date with CPD.
