At PITTSBURGH TOMORROW, I lead the development and delivery of a county-wide youth leadership program connecting high school students across Allegheny County with civic engagement, mentorship, career exploration, and community impact.
I design year-long programming across Legacy, Discovery, and Growth, and build partnerships with nonprofits, schools, corporations, and community leaders. I also oversee program operations and support fundraising, donor engagement, and grant development.
At THE NELSON TRUST, I led fundraising operations securing £500,000+ annually through grants, corporate sponsorships, donor cultivation, and community partnerships. I supervised staff and volunteer leads, managed grant-funded budgets, and supported trauma-informed projects with service users.
Earlier, I supported youth sport programming for refugee communities at RECLAIM CHILDHOOD and conducted research, outreach, and outcome reporting at GLASGOW & CLYDE RAPE CRISIS. My education includes a Master of Global Health Policy from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Global Public Health from Kent State University.
