I am a backend-focused software engineer with strong experience in healthcare data systems, production support, and automation. At Reed Elsevier Shared Services Philippines I translated U.S. client requirements into backend implementations, developed and deployed Masterfile and Provider Data Enhancement processes, and performed root cause analysis on data pipelines using SQL and ECL.

I build tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work, including automation for job scheduling and monitoring, and desktop utilities for local ECL execution.
