Lilit Barseghyan-Balyan

I’m a foreign-trained dentist with strong patient care and organizational skills. I bring a calm, supportive approach to patients and a focus on communication that makes people feel understood and taken care of.

I studied Dentistry at Yerevan State Medical University and completed a Clinical Internship – Diadent LLC (Aug 2004 – Jul 2005). During my training, I assisted dentists during procedures, supporting safe, efficient patient experiences.

Beyond clinical work, I’ve built strong documentation and analysis habits through roles including Chief Editor / Editor at RadioControl LLC and Monitoring Specialist at TelemidiaControl CJSC. I developed strong communication and organizational skills, performed data analysis, and maintained detailed records to strengthen reporting and documentation accuracy.

I’m now focused on Dental Assistant work—including virtual support—backed by targeted learning in areas like Foundations of Telehealth, United States Health Policy, and Infection Control. I’m known for attention to detail, organization, and multitasking, and I’m ready to apply that same precision to patient communication and dental workflow support.
