Lilian Frida Barnett

I am an academic researcher with a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley. Currently, I am contributing to a data collection project aimed at building an inclusive NLP model for language learners. My work involves organizing and annotating idiomatic expressions, applying semantic and syntactic analysis, and writing grant applications. I am passionate about creating culturally accurate language learning tools that cater to diverse speakers.

In my previous role as a Conversation Designer, I developed AI sales agents through prompt engineering and collaborated with engineers to enhance product development. My experience also includes working as a Data Labeling Analyst II at Meta, where I assessed the quality and safety of language models. I have a strong background in linguistic analysis and have marked CASPER tests for ethical reasoning assessments. My diverse experiences have equipped me with a unique skill set that bridges linguistics and technology.
