I've supported Travel People Ltd., Inc. by coordinating travel documentation, verifying passports, processing travel insurance, and maintaining guest records to help clients complete requirements on time.

I also assisted passengers, responded to inquiries, and facilitated embarkation activities to contribute to a smooth customer experience. Alongside client service work, I prepared marketing presentations and social-media countdown posts to strengthen event promotion and engagement.

In my academic research on coffee shops in Malabon City, I gathered and interpreted consumer preference data to identify pricing trends and purchasing factors. As co-leader, I developed and presented data-driven recommendations for competitive pricing, profitability, and market positioning.

I'm completing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management and continue building my skills in communication, organization, adaptability, Excel, Canva, Word, and PowerPoint.
