At Route4Me, I've owned QA execution and quality strategy across more than 80% of the core product ecosystem for over a decade. I test complex Web, Mobile, UI, and REST API workflows across legacy and next-generation architectures.
I've delivered quality coverage for major platform initiatives, including JWT authentication migration, a hierarchical-regions microservice on Google Cloud Spanner, v5 Geofences, and expanded asset-management capabilities. Most recently, I designed a 121-request, 15-folder Postman regression suite covering CRUD, SCD2 versioning, soft deletes, hierarchy reparenting, and RBAC roles.
I build and run API suites with Postman and Newman, and I'm expanding automation work in TypeScript and Playwright. I use Jenkins CI/CD, BigQuery, Swagger specifications, and Figma blueprints to validate data, contracts, and edge cases.
I've also supported enterprise escalation investigations and production root-cause analysis, translating technical defects into actionable insights for engineering teams.
