For the Inventory Management & Reporting Dashboard project, I built a Canvas App connected to SQL Server for stock management and created Power BI dashboards for inventory insights.
On the Dynamics 365 Customer Service Portal project, I built a Power Pages portal with secure, role-based access and integrated it with Dynamics 365 and Dataverse for case management.
For the Onboarding Automation System, I built a Canvas App for HR requests and tracking, and implemented approval workflows using Power Automate. I also supported UAT, bug fixes, and deployments.
