I'm looking for a senior, hands-on Analytics Engineering role with end-to-end ownership of analytical data products.

I value practical engineering, architectural thinking, and close collaboration with business users, with data quality and metadata built into delivery.

I'm primarily interested in remote opportunities with international teams.

Senior Analytics Engineer with deep experience designing and building analytical data platforms end-to-end. I combine hands-on engineering with architecture and analytics delivery, from source data and warehouse modelling to BI products, data quality and metadata.

My background spans hands-on engineering, technical leadership and data governance. I have built data warehouses and BI environments, data marts, reporting and analytical solutions, and led the development of enterprise approaches to data governance, data quality and metadata.

In my recent work, I have brought these areas together by building analytical data products hands-on while embedding data quality, usable metadata, and governance directly into delivery. This gives me an end-to-end perspective, from source systems and data modelling to reliable analytical products the business uses.

I am particularly interested in practical metadata that goes beyond documentation and supports data discovery, automated cataloguing, and AI-assisted use cases such as text-to-SQL.
