What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead SAP engineering and integrations using SAP BTP/Integration Suite and build AI-enabled SAP experiences (RAG on AWS). I want clean-core, upgrade-safe architecture and a team that values mentorship and engineering quality.

I’m a SAP Tech Lead at BTG Pactual, specializing in SAP architecture, enterprise integrations, cloud pipelines, and AI-powered systems across the full SAP ecosystem. I bring a Business Administration and Finance background (UFRJ) together with hands-on engineering in ABAP, Python, AWS, and SAP BTP.

Right now, I lead a team of 4 developers and own technical decisions for ABAP and integration projects across S/4HANA. I’m building an AI-powered SAP Assistant using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) on AWS Bedrock, so users can ask natural-language questions over SAP business data.

I also focus on clean-core, upgrade-safe designs with ABAP RAP and SAP CAP for S/4HANA Rise, aligned with SAP BTP standards. Through SAP BTP and Integration Suite patterns, I design robust EAI flows connecting SAP with non-SAP systems, and I’ve established code review standards, engineering best practices, and mentorship for the team.

Earlier, as an SAP ABAP Analyst, I built integrations and data pipelines—connecting SAP ECC to a Python-based web portal via RFC endpoints and pyRFC into AWS, and bridging ERP data to modern applications using Python FastAPI. I’ve also delivered ABAP work across FI, HR, MM, and CO modules, plus reporting support with Power BI.
