What I'm looking for

I’m looking to move into Developer / API Support, deepen REST/HTTP and FastAPI expertise, and use my debugging, triage, and observability skills to resolve customer issues quickly and clearly.

I’m a System Test Engineer with 3+ years debugging complex automotive systems, triaging OEM customer-reported issues, and writing detailed technical bug reports. I resolve about 70% of incoming customer (KPM) tickets at first line without escalating to development.

Daily, I use Python via an internal test automation framework—authoring test cases and extending components when existing coverage doesn’t fit. I also deepened my stack through a live full-stack project, recolta.app, built with FastAPI + React + React Native.

Right now, I’m transitioning to Developer / API Support to deepen my expertise in REST/HTTP, FastAPI, and observability tooling (Datadog). I bring strong root-cause analysis, detailed protocol/log work with CANoe, and customer-ready technical communication for fast, high-quality resolution.
