What I'm looking for

I am seeking for a challenging remote nursing role where i can leverage my strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills to contribute to positive patient outcomes.I aim to apply my expertise in areas such as clinical documentation review ,care coordination and provide high quality healthcare management from a virtual setting.

I am a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) trained nurse with over three years of clinical experience in hematology, medical and general medicine settings. I have assisted in advanced procedures including bone marrow aspiration, central line insertion, plasmapheresis and blood transfusions, and I routinely manage infusion devices, monitors and emergency trolley readiness.

I am committed to delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, maintaining inventory and equipment, training and orienting new staff, and ensuring infection control and narcotics security. I strive to apply my skills, diligence and empathy to support patient outcomes and organizational objectives.
