I’m a compassionate, dedicated Registered Nurse with 1.5+ years of clinical experience across hospital and blood bank settings. I focus on safe, high-quality patient care—especially monitoring patients closely and following aseptic practices.

In my Staff Nurse (Blood Bank) role, I assist with blood collection, donor screening, and transfusion procedures. I monitor patients during and after donation for adverse reactions, and I manage blood storage, labeling, and clinical documentation.

Previously, as a General Nurse (Immigration Medical Counsellor) at Max Hospital, I delivered patient education and follow-ups for 500+ patients. I handled up to 100 clients per shift, improved workflow through protocol adherence, and maintained patient satisfaction through clear communication.
