What I'm looking for
I’m a cybersecurity professional in career transition, bringing 14+ years across Mechanical Engineering, B2B Sales, and Judicial Expert work into security operations and testing. I’m pursuing a Postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity while building hands-on labs in penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, and Python automation.
My approach blends offensive and defensive thinking: I practice reconnaissance, brute force, and web vulnerabilities (SQLi/XSS) with tools like Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Burp Suite alternatives—then I produce pentest reports with a Blue Team perspective (logs and SOC alerts per attack). I also simulate malware (educational ransomware/keylogger) with detection engineering in mind, including IOC tables and EDR/DLP/SIEM coverage.
In my current Judicial Expert role, I apply structured forensic methodology, evidence documentation, and clear technical communication to non-specialists—skills I now use to support incident-response readiness and risk-focused analysis. I’m targeting Jr Cybersecurity Analyst / SOC Analyst / Jr Pentester work where a business mindset and forensic discipline translate into measurable security outcomes.
