What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a team where I can own product roadmaps and execution, collaborate closely with engineers and product managers, and help deliver user-impacting software through lightweight processes, clear documentation, and continuous feedback.

I’m a solution-oriented Product Manager and software engineering operations partner focused on helping engineering teams deliver products that improve users’ lives. I build and enable teams to ship software through lightweight, sustainable processes, clear up-to-date documentation, and strong communication.

Currently at Tusangaire, I lead product strategy and roadmap development and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver platform features—optimizing onboarding and booking experiences using user feedback, analytics, and performance insights. Previously, I led front-end and UI/UX work across software and mobile app delivery (including Nsawo Finance), and started my career as a Junior Software Engineer improving existing systems, quality, and deployment with careful troubleshooting and documentation. I also earned recognition as a National Winner of Uganda’s Young ICT Innovators Award (ICT Rising Star).
