I've built Power BI dashboards for financial sales and HR analytics, transforming raw data into KPI-driven reports that support business decisions.

For a Financial Sales Analysis Dashboard, I analyzed 700+ sales records across countries, products, and business segments. I cleaned and transformed data, created interactive reports for sales, profit, and product performance, and added region- and time-based filters to identify patterns and opportunities.

I also developed an HR Analytics Dashboard to analyze employee attendance and salary data. My visualizations covered workforce distribution, manager performance, salary distribution, job-level analysis, and training mode, making HR data more accessible for planning and performance monitoring.

I'm pursuing an MCA while strengthening my SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI skills through analytics certifications and industry learning programs. I bring analytical thinking, attention to detail, research, data interpretation, and problem-solving to AI and data-driven projects.
