My background in singing and vocal technique has trained my ear for voice, enunciation, and prosody. I also use that listening experience in my work as a Baker's Assistant & Counter Attendant at Delícias do Rei Bakery, where I serve customers with varied accents in a busy, noisy environment.

I hold a Technologist Degree in Marketing from CEUNSP, with coursework in communication, copywriting, and media. I write clear feedback in English and Portuguese and am available for flexible, remote contract work.
