At Kusuma School of Biological Sciences, I integrated CellChat interactions with tissue annotations and literature evidence to curate a mouse signaling database. I also engineered an automated Snakemake-Scanpy pipeline for single-cell ligand–receptor analysis across mouse aging datasets.
In my projects, I built tools ranging from a C++ social network simulator to a transit route optimizer, and developed a fraud detection app that achieved a 0.90 F1-score. I’m studying Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
