I’m a CMA-qualified finance professional with 8 years of post-qualification experience across FP&A, controllership, and business partnering in banking, technology, and oil & gas. In my current role as a Lead Financial Analyst (HSBC Software Development), I support annual target setting for a COO-function P&L and prepare monthly performance decks with variance commentary, risk/opportunity analysis, and manpower rate reviews to validate forecast accuracy. I partner across teams to translate headcount/FTE plans into financial forecast impact and ensure timely monthly forecasting submissions.
I also strengthen month-end and reporting accuracy through GL-wise expense scrutiny, accruals/recharges/depreciation, and consolidated variance analysis.
