With over four years of experience in the fast-paced agency’s industry, I have honed and expanded my creativity. During the last years as an Art Manager and Senior Graphic Designer, I was able to develop various leadership and management skills, while helping the creative team reach its full potential. I strive to spark emotions and communicate powerful messages, allowing brands and stories to step into the light. In addition to my creative abilities, I am perfectly bilingual in French and English. On top of that, I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and team management. My last degree in Digital and Social Media Marketing gives me the mindset to be a thoughtful and empathetic planner. As of January 2024, I completed the Emergency Management Courses provided by FEMA. This last certification allows me to manage and coordinate any emergency or event, making sure every aspects are cover and go without trouble.
