At Charles River Laboratories, Microbial Solutions, I process customer microbial samples in a GMP-regulated laboratory and use MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry to support microbial identification. I receive, log, and subculture samples, prepare them for analysis, and maintain chain-of-custody and sample integrity.
As a Teaching Assistant / Laboratory Instructor at the University of Delaware, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, I guided students through quantitative and instrumental experiments. I evaluated student-generated datasets and reinforced accurate scientific documentation and safe laboratory practices.
As Founding Member & Director of Public Relations for the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, UD Chapter, I managed communications and coordinated technical seminars. I also designed promotional materials and managed the chapter's social media presence.
