As an independent procurement and sourcing consultant in France, I identify products and suppliers, compare offers, and assess commercial terms to guide purchasing decisions. I also explore sourcing opportunities in Europe and Asia.
At Homy Kitchens, I managed purchasing across more than 1,000 food and non-food references and around 30 suppliers. I negotiated an average 8% price reduction and helped structure purchasing as the restaurant group grew from 2 to 15–20 locations.
I also optimised inventory, reducing stock levels by about 20% with no stockouts, and digitalised purchasing processes, cutting paper and administrative time by about 40%. My work included monitoring orders and deliveries and coordinating international flows between Asia and France.
I combine procurement experience with e-commerce training and hands-on Shopify experience, including launching and managing an online store. I’m fluent in English, have spent two years in Australia, and have made several stays in Thailand.
