At the Department of the Army’s 3d Theater Medical Command (Deployment Support), I served as Chief Paralegal Noncommissioned Officer and processed over 100 enlisted administrative separation actions. I also supported the execution of at least 10 Officer separation boards and processed at least 20 reprimands.
I advised commanders and NCOs on paralegal Soldier matters and provided technical supervision to paralegal Soldiers assigned to or supported by the OSJA. I used ePAT, CTS, and MJO for case tracking and management, and managed investigations using AAIP.
At the Judge Advocate Recruiting Office, I supported the onboarding and accessions pipeline for Judge Advocates. I drafted, processed, and reviewed over 250 accession actions and contributed to the appointment and training-order process for over 190 new Judge Advocates.
In my ongoing role as Unit Administrative Technician with the 154th Legal Operations Detachment, I prepare correspondence and reports, maintain personnel records, and process personnel and pay actions. I also use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Outlook.
