I am a PMP-certified Senior Project Manager with over 21 years of experience delivering enterprise technology and digital transformation programs across Supply Chain, Warehouse Management Systems (Blue Yonder WMS), Retail, and Insurance domains. Throughout my career, I have successfully led end-to-end implementations, managed multimillion-dollar projects, and partnered with global cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

My strengths include program and project management, Agile and Waterfall delivery, stakeholder and client management, PMO governance, process optimization, risk and change management, and mentoring high-performing teams. Outside of work, I enjoy learning about emerging technologies, AI, cloud platforms, and supply chain innovations. I am passionate about continuous improvement, leadership development, and sharing knowledge with teams.
