Lasha Jabniashvili

I am a dedicated hardware engineer with extensive experience in analog and digital electronics design, specializing in PCB layout design and signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI). Currently, I work at Cisco as a SI/PI engineer, where I focus on testing and modifying high-frequency signal boards to minimize signal distortion and ensure low noise distribution. My role involves optimizing high current segments on boards for acceptable thermal ranges, which has honed my technical skills in a fast-paced environment.

Previously, I worked at Meama LLC, where I was involved in various stages of hardware development for IoT projects and household appliances. My responsibilities included device architecture, schematic capture, PCB design, and firmware development. This role allowed me to collaborate with a diverse team of industrial designers and software developers, enhancing my ability to work in multidisciplinary environments. My journey began as an Electrical Technician at Lexus Tbilisi, where I developed a strong foundation in diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in vehicles.
