What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an opportunity to build scalable technical solutions, work with data and web applications, and translate business requirements into useful systems. I value collaborative teams, clear communication, problem-solving, and opportunities to grow technically.

I built web and mobile application features, a customer retention analytics project, and an enterprise database and reporting system using HTML, CSS, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Access. My predictive analytics work evaluated Logistic Regression, Random Forest, LightGBM, XGBoost, and Neural Networks to identify customer churn.

At New Wave Marketing, I helped maintain the company website and built a customer feedback system that contributed to a 20% increase in website traffic and a 15% boost in sales.
